This painting was started over four years ago! I lost the muse & set it aside... well, I finished it! yaaaah! The sides have a one inch wide strip of wood glued all around. (I use to do this to prevent the sides from getting all raggedy like some of the art I would see in high dollar galleries.) Well, it was not easy getting the EXACT measurement.....you have to be EXACT..measure twice, cut once...yea, yea yea, I measured three times...did not improve my sawing! :)

TRAPPER JOHN'S HOME in the EVERGALDES
This another 2002 painting I abandoned & just completed. It is framed out the smae way. This painting has a lot of varied greens in it...very cool, woodsy feeling. wooden sides are painted forest green to compliment the scene.

Oh yea, they are both 16 " x 20 inch.
